What this is

Just say what you need. Instead of hunting for the right task type and working through a long form, describe the request in your own words — typed, dictated, or with the paperwork attached. Savvy Intelligence works out the task type (or types), finds the household, fills in the form from what you wrote, and asks you only for what's still missing.

"Wire 50k from the Chan joint brokerage to their Chase checking" → a money movement task, household and accounts selected, amount filled in, ready for you to review.

This feature is marked BETA in the app — it's live for everyday use, and we're actively improving it based on your feedback.

Accessing the feature

Create tasks with Savvy Intelligence is available to all Savvy advisors on the web dashboard.

  1. Go to Tasks › Create task — or, from a household, Upcoming tasks › Create task (the household is filled in for you).
  2. The Create tasks with Savvy Intelligence card sits at the top of the page. Everything below Create a task manually is the usual list of task types, which still works exactly as before.

Key flows

1 · Describing your task

  1. Type your request into the card — write it the way you'd write it in Slack. Include whatever you know: the client or household, accounts, amounts, dates, and anything Ops should know.
  2. Or dictate it — click the microphone button and speak; your words are transcribed into the box.
  3. Attach paperwork (optional) — drag and drop, paste, or use the paperclip. PDFs, images, Word, Excel, and CSV files work.
  4. Send — click the arrow or press ⌘ + Enter (Ctrl + Enter on Windows).

You don't need to pick a household first — Savvy reads it from your description. If a name is ambiguous or doesn't match, it will ask you to confirm in the conversation.
