As an advisor, you are able to log into your client’s account and see their dashboard view without needing their login credentials. This allows you to better support your clients when they have questions about the dashboard, as you can guide clients through their individual Savvy details.
- Click into the client page under client management
- Click into any Household that you would like to log-in as
- In the top right corner, you should see a button to log in as the client
- Your browser page will automatically redirect you into your client’s Savvy account, and you can see exactly what your client sees when they log into Savvy.
- To return to your own Savvy dashboard, click on the Log out of [client name] button at the top of the page.
