Slack is our internal communications platform, and is intended for you to communicate with the team on a daily basis. While the Savvy team will occasionally send you emails, we primarily correspond in Slack for convenience. We highly encourage you to message our team with any questions or requests via the dedicated Slack channels (details below).

Getting Started

Slack is preinstalled on your work laptop. To easily communicate with our team when you’re on-the-go and meeting prospects or clients, we recommend downloading the Slack mobile app (Android | iOS).

Please note that any changes you make in one Slack workspace will not be applied automatically in the other workspace. Be sure to always apply changes in both Slack workspaces.

Savvy’s Slack Workspaces

We have two dedicated Slack workspaces: Savvy and Savvy Advisors.

• The Savvy workspace is for all Savvy employees including our Platform (non-advisors) teams such as Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
• The Savvy Advisors workspace is specifically for all dedicated employees serving clients. This includes advisors, the Client Servicing team, the Investment Operations team, and the Finance & Billing team.

You will likely use the Savvy Advisors workspace more often, as this is where our Operations team supports advisors on all client-related activities. Each workspace and channel serves a specific purposes, and more details can be found below.
