Whether the advisor sends a manual email, or an automatic email is sent out 2 weeks before the quarter begins, clients will receive the following email to book their meeting with the advisor.

When the client clicks ‘Book Time’, they will be directed to a Calendly meeting type ‘Advisor-Client Meeting’, and they will go through the flow of booking a time through Calendly.

Once the client has successfully booked a meeting, they will see this confirmation, and receive an email invite to confirm the meeting.

They will be able to ‘cancel’ and ‘reschedule’ the meeting, but only through through the Calendly links provided in their email, and google invite.

Once the client has successfully booked their meeting, they will not be able to book again with the same link in their email. If they click the link, they will be directed to a page that says this:

After the first booking email has been sent, if the client has not yet booked a time, a reminder email will be sent out a week later. It looks similar to the booking email, and will have the same booking flow.
Advisors can also manually send booking emails at any time if they need to send additional reminders to clients.
Two days before the start of each quarter, advisors will receive an email containing a list of all clients who will receive automated booking emails.
